Terms of Service

These terms define the baseline rules for using the public run9 service.

1. Service scope

run9 provides a remote execution environment for developer and agent workflows. The product may evolve over time, and some capabilities may be experimental, rate-limited, or available only to specific organizations or deployments.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for activity performed with your account, sessions, and API keys. Keep credentials confidential and rotate or revoke them when they are no longer needed.

You must provide accurate registration information and complete email verification when the deployment requires it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use run9 to violate laws, abuse infrastructure, interfere with other users, bypass security controls, or operate workloads that the deployment owner has prohibited.

The operator may suspend or remove accounts, organizations, workloads, or access if doing so is necessary to protect the service or other users.

4. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. The operator may modify, limit, or discontinue features, quotas, and access policies at any time.

Unless the operator explicitly agrees otherwise, you are responsible for backing up data and validating that the service remains suitable for your use case.
